Summary of our returns policy

- You have 14 days from receipt of the product to return an order.
- If you change your mind or the product you received is not as you expected, contact us before returning the product.
- The costs of the return will be borne by the buyer unless you agree otherwise with us.
- Exceptions may apply to returns of personalized, hygiene or other products. Returns are not accepted for garments in the TARAS section.
